What you need to sign in
At a minimum:

Secure sign-in tips
- Use a password manager to generate and store strong passwords.
- Enable 2FA (preferably an authenticator app or hardware key).
- Check your account activity regularly and revoke unused sessions.
- Keep recovery codes stored offline in a safe place.
Security note
NDAX (or your exchange) will never ask for your password or 2FA code by email. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt.
Troubleshooting & Account Recovery
If you cannot sign in, try these steps in order:
1. Reset your password
Use the “Forgot password?” flow. Check your spam folder for the reset email and follow the link. Reset links typically expire after a short window—restart the flow if needed.
2. Two-factor issues
If you lost your 2FA device, use your stored recovery codes or consult the account recovery support page. Be prepared to verify your identity with KYC information if requested.
3. Contact support
Contact NDAX support through official channels—never provide your password or full 2FA codes in a support ticket. Use secure message centers when available.
Account Safety — Long-Term Best Practices
Device hygiene
Install security updates, enable screen locks, and avoid storing passwords in plain text.
Network hygiene
Prefer trusted networks; use a reputable VPN on public Wi-Fi. Verify TLS/HTTPS and certificate information if you suspect man-in-the-middle activity.
Transaction verification
Always confirm deposit/withdrawal addresses before completing transactions. Use small test transfers for large or unfamiliar addresses.
